How blessed are those who, in mortal existence, come under the influence of women in tune with the plans and purposes of almighty God. Star Nortainia emphasizes the importance such women play in creating great families, communities, states, nations, and even "worlds".
The idea for this story came when I heard that Ben Lokey, one of my former students, survived Hurricane Katrina as it ravaged Biloxi, Mississippi. However, his home and the casino where he worked as a featured performer were totally destroyed. I began wondering " what if? " and Star Nortainia was born. - Neil Hess
